Our client had several concerns over the short lifespan of their ball valves, as they required frequent replacement due to erosion. The solution was to install multiple 8” ANSI150 SlurryFlo control valves with custom sintered carbide trim. These valves now provide up to 10x the service life in the client’s mining underflow application.
